From old vines planted in 1920, 1975 and 1990, the cultivation of the vine is respectful of nature, we control vigor with a single goal of expressing the terroir in its vintage.

The vinification and aging is done on lees and is partially carried out in barrels. The wine is not filtered in order to avoid removing certain qualities from it.
