A prestigious white grappa made from the pomace of Valpolicella grapes which are batch distilled in copper kettles undergo vinification in spring and are barrique aged for 12 months, during which time the grappa takes on its yellowish colour.

Splendidly aromatic on the nose. Smooth, well-rounded, and pleasant in the mouth, with a lingering finish. A sipping grappa that can be served at room temperature or cooler, 1016°C.
