This Chianti Classico Casaloste is mainly from organically grown Sangiovese grapes.
Varietal: 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot
Aroma: Notes of wild berries.
Palate: Typical acidity of Sangiovese and long and elegant tannins.
Bottle Closure: Cork
Serving temperature: 17°C
Vinification: Small sized stainless steel vats using selected yeasts and controlled temperature, with repassings and “delestage”. Aged in French oak barrels of 25 and 35 liters and in barriques for a period of about 12 months
