Rich soft and generous with persistent lime and lemon flavours beautiful touch of part barrel ferment helps to capture the textural flvours on the palate.

TASTING NOTE:

Varietal: 100 Semillon

Appearance: Pale straw with a subtle green tinge. 

Aroma: Is lifted with grassy lemon and limes and a touch of citronella plus subtle barrel ferment and lees characters of cashew and butterscotch. 

Palate: The palate is rich soft generous and persistent with flavours of limes, lemon and a touch of lanolin. Flavours linger on the palate and the textural qualities serving to enhance the palate experience.
