Chapman Grove Reserve Shiraz 2014

Deep intense red colour with pretty perfumed nose of black fruit, hints of forest floor and spicy oak influence.  Loads of mid-palate fruit weight, this wine shows great length and complexity with firm yet velvety tannins completing the structure.

TASTING NOTE:

Machine harvested at night, crushed and de-stemmed, pressed to French oak (25% new and the balance in staves) for 12 months. 

Aroma: classic cooler climate Shiraz with beautiful perfumes on the nose

Palate: Lovely fleshy fruit flavors on the palate, the tannins are soft and generous combining to give the wine a well structured  finish.
