Light gold appearance with aromas of citrus and hints of oak on the nose.

Smooth and crisp on the palate with flavours of melon, creamed pineapple, and figs with a refreshing well-balanced acidity that finishes with hints of vanilla.

Twenty percent is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months; eighty percent is aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
