Varietal: Pinot Noir

Aroma: It has a black fruit, dark cherry and berry aroma with subtle complex herb, spice and liquorice nuances. There are also nice touches of violet supported by subtle smoky oak. 

Palate: It has dark red berry fruits and plums with savory earth and game layers, underscored by fine tannin and structure.

Suggested Cellaring:  5-7 Years

Harvest: Handpicked

Vinification: The grapes were de-stemmed without crushing using gravity. They used wild yeast for fermentation. It was aged in old French oak barrels for 11 months

Alcohol: 13.5%
