Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon

Appearance: Bright crimson red color.

Aroma: It has blackcurrant and mulberry aroma that dominates the nose with a hint of Indonesian clove. 

Palate: It has a medium body, yet is intensely flavored with lots of Cassis and blueberry flavors, and a lift of freshly cracked pepper. The tannins are suitably subtle yet sufficient to prolong the finale. 

Pairing: It is best paired with beef.
