Aroma: Mulberry and blackberry with hints of cool earth and savoury spices.  Lifted bouquet of gooseberries and passion fruit with a hint of fresh herbs – dill and marjoram  

Palate: Dense layers of bold black fruit flavours (boysenberries and black plums) with a swathe of sinewy tannins building the weight and complexity of this rich and satisfying red wine. 

Pairings:  Rare sirloin steak with horseradish cream.
