Aroma: Tangy, cheeky white wine with vivid, ripe, yellow fruit aromatics of melon, green apple and underlying tender creaminess. 

Palate: Refreshing in the mouth due to well-integrated acidity with exquisite density of marine dynamic, reminiscent of cool mint. 

Pairings: Summer salad with pan fried strips of turkey breast and a crème of pineapple and avocado, fresh pepper and a truffled condimento vinaigrette.
